Convenient Shopping

Dara Card, through its Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service, enables customers to make instant purchases with flexible installment payment options, either without interest or with minimal fees. This service, which offers short-term credit, provides users with an easy and convenient shopping experience at participating stores, both online and in person. youx Studio‘s primary role in designing Dara Card was to create an efficient and user-centric product that simplifies the entire payment process for buyers, organizations, merchants, and internal customers.

Designing an Integrated System

Given the complexity of financial processes and strict regulations, multiple sessions were held with stakeholders and the technical team. During these sessions, the architecture and financial flows were designed to meet the needs of all Dara customers, including buyers, merchants, and organizations.

What Was Designed

Mobile App (PWA) for Buyers: The Dara Card mobile app allows users to easily browse available stores and make purchases without any concern. The purchase amount can be paid either in installments (over three payments) or one month after the purchase. Payment methods, depending on the merchant, include POS devices, barcode scanning, SMS, or the store’s online payment gateway.

Merchant Dashboard: Store managers can use a dedicated dashboard to view sales reports and transaction details. This dashboard also allows for branch management, setting access levels, and running sales campaigns.

Organization Dashboard: To reduce welfare costs, Dara provides organizations with a specific credit limit. Through a dedicated dashboard, organizations can create individual or group user lists. After issuing Dara Cards, organizations can allocate the desired amount of credit to each user. This dashboard also enables organizations to track installments, monitor overdue payments, and generate financial reports.

Additionally, An admin panel was designed to allow the Dara Card management team to have complete oversight of all aspects of the system.

Continuous Improvements

Based on new business needs and user feedback, numerous updates and improvements have been made to enhance the product. This ongoing collaboration has led to the creation of an innovative and efficient product that continues to grow. From adding new features to optimize existing processes, the goal has been to provide a simpler and more effective user experience for all Dara Card customers, including buyers, organizations, merchants, and the management team.
