Simple User Experience Design

Bam is an online payment application published by Bank Melli Iran for its customers. User interface design and user experience of this project has been done by youx studio in collaboration with Bank Melli. The Bam app offers a variety of services to all users, such as card-to-card, bill payment, bank balance and dozens of other services. The range of Bam users required a standard and simple process to go through the application processes and complete customer activity.

Integrated User Interface Design

Due to its simple user experience and usability, the Bam application interface is designed in a minimal way without the use of additional and unnecessary elements, which makes the user focus on the main processes and avoids unnecessary complexity of work. The user interface of the Bam application, designed to be integrated, with a design system provided to the client, which in case of need for further development, remains stable using the design integration document of the design. User Interface Design Process and User Experience

The design process of this product is completed by following the steps below. Youx Studio has completed the process at each stage of the work with the cooperation of the employer’s representatives and has used the output of each stage for the next stage.

 

1- Data Analysis:

The data of users’ use of the web version, interviews with users and administrators, questionnaires, and so on were part of the raw information that was provided to youx studio for analysis.

 

2- Understanding the Problem:

By analyzing the data mentioned in the previous step, the main problems of users were identified to be planned in the next step.

 

3- Problem Solving:

In this step, we provided simple and practical solutions to solve the problems of users and businesses.

 

4- Empathy:

Every successful teamwork requires empathy among its members. Especially projects done by a team outside the employer organization. Therefore, it is essential that by creating a sense of empathy between the people involved in the project and the users, everyone feels that they are a part of the project, and their opinions and ideas are influential and important. This is the only way to achieve the desired result for everyone.

 

5- Prototype:

At this stage, the final product idea was provided for the employer in the form of a prototype so that we all have a common idea of the product that we are developing.

 

6- Usability Test:

Prototyping helps to identify potential problems quickly and to make changes easily at a low cost at this stage. The usability testing is designed based on user and business priorities to ensure that the product is designed exactly to meet the needs.
